This site has all kinds of sweet filters on the left sidebar, but the job listings themselves aren’t tagged well. You might select “less than 5 years experience”, but jobs you won;t necessarily fit that screen. Also, there are very few junior-level jobs on here, even for finance. Do senior people actually use job boards? I would think a $250k position gets filled through a headhunter….

This site lists a lot of really good jobs I am not hearing about elsewhere. Senior people at the 100K+ level do need a good job board, because its hard to weed out these jobs on Monster. Most companies don’t list salaries and the same job and same title can vary widely in terms of compensation from one company to the next. Director of Communications at one company could be a 50K/yr job and $125K at another for similar levels of experience. This sites saves me a lot of time by not wasting my time on jobs I would never take. I agree the interface is a little clunky.
