I love the job serach widget and the ranking of VCs by number of available jobs ! The map the jobs feature is cool too

Also look at startuply.com. And the Economist just ran an excellent feature piece on entrepreneurship that everyone should read.
When it comes down to it, if you want to work for a start-up but don’t want to start a start-up, you need to be in one of three areas: Norther Cal, Cabridge MA, or Austin TX.

startuphire has it together. job searching for VC funded companies is significantly different than in other sectors. startuphire.com has geared the search toward this market, making it a nice compliment to some of the larger more general engines.
