Indeed
Indeed.com is one of several Web sites that scours the internet for jobs posted elsewhere, aggregates them, and makes them easily searchable. Their user-interface is Google-espque: you enter what you’re looking for and where you’re looking, in free-text. For more particular users, their is an advanced search. All in all, indeed.com looks almost identical to simplyhired.com

I’m not sure what the difference is between Indeed and SimplyHired, but they are both extremely useful. If you create a free profile, you can specify a search (for example, anything with the words environment, analyst, and government) and the site will send you daily results to your RSS reader.

I have to say that Indeed.com has sent me to actual employer’s sites, and not in a loop. Thank you for putting me in touch with real possible job sites.
I have seen a few that will post back to careerbuilder, or Monster, but not many. I will try to get back on here and let folks know how the job search (engines) go.

The RSS feature that Mike mentioned in the comment above is awesome. I’ve had some success getting interviews by being one of the first to respond. I get the RSS feed directly to my iPhone, then I try to apply within an hour. So far so good…
