   Hi Nancy– Idealist posts thousands of jobs at non-governmental organizations and non-profits worldwide. A few of them may be what you’re looking for. All-in-all, though, I would think that your best bet would be to use a healthcare-related job site or even one of the big generalist sites like Monster or CareerBuilder. For the former, select “Healthcare and Medicine” from the menu on the left.
