God This Place Sucks!
You set up a profile on their website which includes your resume and contact info. You’re now subscribed to their job alerts, and can apply to any jobs that are posted, or jobs you receive via email. They entice you w/all of these high level administrative positions paying $70K to $100K range.
Then you start applying for the many jobs they have available. In your job profile you can see the positions you’ve applied for, and the status of your submissions. There are three status levels: Not Yet Evaluated, Position Filled, & Considered and Declined.
So you have applied to all of these positions and then you know what happens…nothing! Nobody contacts you for a phone interview or face to face meet and greet. I’ve been declined for just under 75% of the positions I’ve applied for, and many just sit there not yet evaluated. I have never had an agency treat me like this. Mind you 3/4 of my resume has the major financial firms on it and I have no gaps between positions.
How is it possible that so many jobs are coming through the pipeline, but not even one of these positions are a possible fit? It’s just peculiar to me especially when other headhunters are calling me and sending me out on interviews asap!
I tried calling them about it and no one even picks up their line! I think this place is a scam. Stay away from them if you can! They are clearly not interested in people.
