Bio: Mike graduated from Boston College with a degree in Economics and Philosophy. He spent his senior year doing thesis research on Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) hedge fund investing. Upon graduation he joined a boutique consultancy to work with the world's largest financial services firms on sales and marketing strategy. After the financial sector blew up in 2008, he got canned. Hard. Finding the lighter side of unemployment, Mike cofounded TheCanned.com. When he's not working on the site, you can find Mike in Midtown New York working in corporate strategy.
